Qualifications

• Experience in product management, strategy, or leadership for SaaS/cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience with sovereign/regulatory cloud or public sector cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of European sovereignty regulations and customer requirements.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into clear product strategy.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for Atlassian’s sovereign cloud solution in Europe.
• Translate customer, regulatory, and partner requirements into clear product priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, partnerships, and GTM teams to shape the solution.
• Develop understanding of the European sovereign cloud market, starting with France and Germany.
• Evaluate cloud provider and partner capabilities across Europe.
• Define operating model, customer experience, and product requirements for a partner-enabled sovereign solution.
• Represent the product strategy in discussions with customers, partners, and internal leadership.
