Job summary
n8n, an open workflow orchestration platform, seeks a senior product leader to own the Core Platform strategy and roadmap. You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership to define investments, balance technical debt with customer needs, and drive discovery with enterprise customers.
You’ll oversee scalability, reliability, and execution of the execution engine, orchestrate major releases, and align Core Platform work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product, with platform/infrastructure/backend experience.
- Credible with senior engineers and architecture discussions.
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate Core Platform strategy & roadmap with Engineering and Product leadership.
- Drive scalability and reliability of execution engine and related deployment models.
- Lead major releases including migration strategy, stakeholder comms, and risk management.
- Bridge Core team with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Support; translate platform needs into work.
