We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to join our Product team and help shape the future of AI-driven experiences across our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Own AI product initiatives: Lead the full lifecycle of AI-driven features across B2C experiences and internal tools, including customer support automation and AI agents, fraud detection and prevention, user journey personalization and monetization optimization, and internal tooling for operations.
• Identify & prioritize high-impact opportunities: Partner with Product, Ops, Support, Fraud, and Data teams to pinpoint areas where AI can meaningfully improve outcomes. Evaluate opportunities based on ROI, user impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
• Drive business outcomes: Maintain a prioritized AI backlog aligned with company OKRs, and be accountable for measurable improvements.
• Experiment & innovate: Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends, tools and products. Prototype, test, and ship AI solutions that delight users and optimize business performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, and integrated seamlessly into existing products.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management with AI.
• Proven experience shipping AI solutions, models, or agents, or building products with AI.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and frameworks such as Lovable, Claude, LangChain, GPT APIs, or similar.
• Ability to understand and reason about backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and AI workflows in order to partner effectively with engineering teams (without being responsible for implementation).
• Experience with product management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong knowledge of how AI impacts user experience and ability to design AI‑driven interactions that feel intuitive, engaging, and trustworthy.
• Familiarity with product development cycles, experimentation, and time‑to‑market optimization.
• Passion for innovation, staying on top of emerging AI tools, use cases, and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
