Job summary

Nostrion is building a sovereign AI platform for organizations handling sensitive data under strict regulatory and security standards. We seek a Product Manager to own the product roadmap, translating market needs and customer requirements into scalable platform features.

You will collaborate across the CTO, AI engineers, forward deployment engineers, UX/UI, and customers to shape the product and drive adoption in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product ownership, consulting or business analysis.
• Analytical and structured approach with comfort in ambiguity.

• Good communication with engineers, AI specialists, designers and stakeholders.

Your Role

As Product Manager at Nostrion, you own the product roadmap and help translate market needs, customer requirements, and vertical-specific use cases into scalable platform features.

You work at the intersection of business, technology, users, and delivery. Your role is to understand customer problems deeply, define what should be built, and ensure the team does not fall into the trap of over-customization or one-off proof of concept development.

You help turn vertical solutions into reusable product capabilities. You structure requirements, prioritize features, validate assumptions, and make sure the product evolves in a way that supports both customer value and platform scalability.

You are responsible for creating clarity in a complex environment. You separate real product needs from customer-specific noise, define what matters most, and help the team make sharp product decisions. You work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into clear priorities, practical specifications, and product outcomes that can be built, tested, and improved.

You also play an important role in product discovery and validation. You work with customers, users, Forward Deployment Engineers, AI Engineers, and platform teams to understand what is working, what is missing, and where the platform should go next. Your focus is not just on delivering features, but on building a product that can scale across customers, industries, and use cases.

What Do You Bring?

You have a strong quantitative profile, You have at least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, consulting, venture building, business analysis, or a similar role where you have tackled complex problems with clear ownership.

You are analytical, structured, and comfortable working with ambiguity. You can quickly understand complex business problems, break them down into clear requirements, and translate them into product decisions that technical teams can act on.

You understand that not every customer request should become a product feature. You are able to challenge assumptions, validate needs, and distinguish between one-off customization and scalable platform value. You think in systems, trade-offs, user journeys, business impact, and long-term product architecture.

You are comfortable working closely with technical teams and can communicate clearly with engineers, AI specialists, designers, customers, and business stakeholders. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in the room, but you do need to understand enough to make informed product decisions and ask the right questions.

Experience with AI products, enterprise software, UI/UX, regulated industries, workflow automation, data-driven platforms, compliance-heavy environments, or customer-facing product implementation is a strong plus.

You care about building products that are not only technically impressive, but also adopted, trusted, and valuable in real business environments.

Your Team

You work directly with the CTO, Tech Lead, AI Engineers, Forward Deployment Engineers, UX/UI, and customers. You are the bridge between vertical market needs and the scalable product platform Nostrion is building.

You help translate signals from the market and from customer projects into a clear product roadmap. You work with engineering to make sure product decisions are feasible and scalable, and with customer-facing teams to ensure the platform solves real problems in a way that can be repeated.

As part of the Nostrion team, you play a key role in shaping how sovereign AI becomes a practical, trusted, and scalable product for organizations that operate in complex and regulated environments.
