Job summary

Nostrion is building a sovereign AI platform for regulated environments. As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will work directly with clients to understand their real-world workflows, identify critical use cases, and translate pilots into scalable platform capabilities with the product and engineering teams.

You will lead a tight feedback loop from problem to prototype to field validation and adoption, ensuring measurable business value and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or AI-related field.
• Strong ability to translate customer problems into tested AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and identify high-impact use cases.
• Build vertical proofs of concept and help turn pilots into scalable platform capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end loop: problem definition, prototype, validation, adoption.
• Advise customers on AI adoption and how the platform creates value.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, Platform, UX/UI and customer-facing teams.
