Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management

- Strong ability to translate customer problems into product strategy
- Proven track record with cross-functional teams and ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery with customers, hackers, engineers and sales teams.
- Translate problems into clear strategies, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Drive delivery with engineering and design to ship high-impact solutions.
- Define success metrics and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Balance short-term needs with long-term product vision.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs and delivery plans.
- Contribute to Hadrian's overall product strategy and governance.
