Job summary

KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. is seeking a Software & Solutions Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our Europe HQ team at Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands.

You will launch new products, test software and provide technical support for HyPAS and SAP/barcode printing solutions. You will work with customers and internal specialists, handle incident tickets, perform technical investigations, and provide on-site support at client premises, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in the field with industry knowledge
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, Windows Server
• Experience with virtual environments and containers
• Knowledge of networking and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Independent, structured, organized work approach
• Team spirit for collaboration with internal and external partners
• Excellent English and German (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and provide support for product changes in the market
• Conduct software tests for portfolio and solution components per specifications
• Provide technical support for HyPAS and SAP/barcode printing solutions
• Process and manage incident and documentation tickets per defined OLA guidelines
• Conduct technical investigations of solutions, third-party systems and customer environments
• On-site support at the customer premises (installation, analysis, log collection)
• Collaborate with customers and internal specialists to resolve issues quickly
