KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. is seeking a Software & Solutions Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our Europe HQ team at Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands.

You will launch new products, test software and provide technical support for HyPAS and SAP/barcode printing solutions. You will work with customers and internal specialists, handle incident tickets, perform technical investigations, and provide on-site support at client premises, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in the field with industry knowledge
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, Windows Server
• Experience with virtual environments and containers
• Knowledge of networking and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Independent, structured, organized work approach
• Team spirit for collaboration with internal and external partners
• Excellent English and German (written and spoken)

Software & Solutions Support Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: HQ Europe, Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands

Your responsibilities will include:

• Launching new products and providing support for product changes in the market
• Conducting software tests for portfolio and solution components in accordance with specifications
• Providing technical support for HyPAS and SAP/barcode printing solutions (e.g. ticket processing, developer support, workshops, evaluations)
• Processing and managing incident and documentation tickets in accordance with defined OLA guidelines
• Conducting technical investigations of solutions, third-party systems and customer environments
• On-site support at the customer’s premises (e.g. installation, analysis, log collection)
• Working closely with customers and internal specialist departments to resolve issues quickly

Our requirements:

• You have a degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualifications
• You have initial professional experience in the field described, as well as in-depth industry and technical knowledge
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, Windows Server), virtual environments (server, desktop, container), network technology and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• An independent, structured and organised approach to work

• Very good written and spoken English and German
