Job summary

ITA Logistics Group is seeking a Market Support professional to join our LMS Next/ParcelParcel operations across NL, BE, DE, ES, and soon FR. You will handle daily operational and technical support inquiries, triaging issues and collaborating with Product/Tech to resolve them.

You bring hands-on experience in Technical Support or as a Technical Business Analyst, with a data-driven mindset and fluent English plus strong German and/or Dutch language skills, enabling clear communication with

Qualifications

Fluent in English with very good German and/or Dutch.
Experience in Technical Support or Technical Business Analysis in e-commerce, logistics or SaaS.
Data-driven, able to investigate issues using logs or queries.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Self-organised and able to triage a high-volume daily inflow of requests.

Responsibilities

Own daily inflow of operational and technical support requests for LMS Next/ParcelParcel.
Diagnose technical issues and determine whether fixes can be resolved or escalated to Tech.
Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders across CS, Sales and Invoicing.
Investigate and document root causes of recurring bugs.
