Solera Utrecht seeks an Implementation associate within Professional Services to deliver Solera product implementations across the Netherlands. You will advise on best practices, bridge business and technical discussions, and gather customer requirements to shape implementation strategies.

You will test configurations, document scenarios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Dutch language proficiency is essential for daily customer interaction.

• Experience delivering large transformation programs.

• Proficiency in Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on best practices for Solera products, assist Sales with proposals, and define PS engagement models.
• Act as a customer-facing SME, bridging business and technical discussions.
• Collect and document customer needs to define an effective implementation strategy.
• Document test scenarios to validate configurations.
• Develop deep product and integration knowledge for Solera offerings.
• Collaborate across configuration, training, product and sales teams for seamless delivery.
• Provide 3rd-level support for deliveries and SME products.
• May assume PM responsibilities for major projects.
