Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Netherlands to lead ERP implementation projects within our Breukelen office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define project scopes, and drive outcomes for complex retail supply chain ERP integrations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of PM experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. You will manage a dynamic workload in a hybrid setup and interact with clients and internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Proven track record of managing a high volume of concurrent projects.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks for implementing products and services from close of sale through handoff to customer support.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track requirements and translate requests into deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery aspects to ensure on-time and on-budget results while managing risks and issues.
• Define and communicate expectations for productivity and quality with consistent processes across the team.
• Demonstrate ability to apply technical, professional, or product expertise to real work situations.
• Complete post-project analysis and drive positive outcomes and change management.
