Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Implementation Associate within the Professional Services team to deliver product implementations across customers.

The role reports to the Head of Implementation and emphasizes strong collaboration with Sales, Product, Training and Configuration teams. You will act as a customer-facing SME, gathering requirements, defining implementation strategies, and supporting testing and QA while aligning roadmaps with product and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of delivering large transformation programs, using high-performing teams (agile).
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis in Automotive or Insurance markets.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and collaboration.
• Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Dutch language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Who We Are

The Implementation team is responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region, defined by a unique Statement of Work (SoW) for each customer.

The Role

We are looking for an Implementation associate, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region.

This role reports directly into Head of Implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Pre & Post-Sales Support: Advise on best practices for Solera products, assistSales with proposals, and define PS engagement models.
• Technical Expertise: Act as a customer-facing SME, bridging business andtechnical discussions.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and document customer needs to definean effective implementation strategy.
• Testing & QA Support: Document test scenarios to validate configurations.
• Product & Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of Solera products,configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with configuration, training, product, andsales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Customer Training: Occasionally train customers on newly deliveredconfigurations.
• Roadmap Alignment: Coordinate with product and sales teams to alignroadmap and revenue goals.
• Advanced Support: Provide 3rd-level support for customer deliveries andSME products.
• Project Management: May take on PM responsibilities for major projects.
• Leadership Potential: While not a direct managerial role, senior positionsmay involve team leadership.
