Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Implementation Associate within the Professional Services team to deliver product implementations across customers.

The role reports to the Head of Implementation and emphasizes strong collaboration with Sales, Product, Training and Configuration teams. You will act as a customer-facing SME, gathering requirements, defining implementation strategies, and supporting testing and QA while aligning roadmaps with product and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of delivering large transformation programs, using high-performing teams (agile).
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis in Automotive or Insurance markets.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and collaboration.
• Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Dutch language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Pre & Post-Sales Support: advise on best practices and define PS engagement models.
• Technical SME: bridge business and technical discussions.
• Requirements gathering: document customer needs for implementation strategy.
• Testing & QA support: document test scenarios for configurations.
• Product & Integration knowledge: deep understanding of Solera products, configuration, and integration.
• Cross-team collaboration: work with configuration, training, product, and sales teams.
• Customer training: train customers on new configurations.
• Roadmap alignment: coordinate with product and sales teams on roadmap and revenue goals.
• Advanced support: provide 3rd-level support for deliveries and SME products.
• Project management: may take on PM responsibilities for major projects.
• Leadership potential: senior roles may involve team leadership.
