Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• ≥1 year in Security Video Surveillance or IT with project management experience.
• Hands-on system integration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales as the technical and operational guru during the sales process for the Netherlands region.
• Scope and recommend solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Develop detailed scopes of work showing how solutions meet needs.
• Provide technical expertise to guide tender management.
• Conduct technical analyses and compare technologies for best fit.
• Offer security and vulnerability testing or support.
• Represent the company at events and assist booth duty.
• Deliver technical training sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Take on other duties as directed by the Technical Support Manager.
