Job summary
Ginlong Technologies, operating under the Solis brand, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its Europe After Sales team. You will provide on-site support for solar inverters and battery energy storage systems, handling installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting across customers, installers, and service partners.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electronics or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the solar PV industry.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and grid connection requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and work independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission solar inverters and related equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
- Provide technical support to customers, installers and service partners.
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper service documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D and product teams for field feedback.
