Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking a Distribution Service Engineer to support PV/ESS/O&M customers in the Dutch/French-speaking region. You will handle hotline tickets, train partners, and perform onsite troubleshooting with the regional team to ensure high service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in after-sales or technical support in energy tech, inverter experience preferred, and fluency in Dutch/French and English. Occasional travel within Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in after-sales or technical support for PV/ESS/O&M fields
• Experience with inverters is preferred
• Native Dutch or French and English at least B2 level

Responsibilities

• Manage hotline / ticket system for distributors / installers / end users
• Train distributors / installers in the related region
• Onsite troubleshooting with partner success manager in the related region
• Pre-sale customer visits with account manager in the related region
• Create FAQ / online courses and document for the related region
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports for the region

• FAQ / online courses making / recording and documenting for the related region.
• Weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual report for the performance of the related region to the department center.

Your profile

So, for your personal background, it would be great to have:

• BA or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience as after sale or technical support jobs for PV/ESS/O&M field. Job experience in inverter is preferred.
• Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
• Language requirements: native Dutch or French and English at least B2 level.
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 5%-10% working time may be on business travel between local market and EU department center.
