Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking a Distribution Service Engineer in the Amsterdam area to support distributors, installers, and end users with technical service and after-sales activities. The role involves training, onsite troubleshooting with regional teams, and preparing regular performance reports for the EU region.

Ideal candidates have a BA or higher in electrical engineering, at least 3 years in PV/ESS/O&M after-sales or technical support (inverter experience preferred), and strong language

• At least 3 years of work experience in after sale or technical support for PV/ESS/O&M; inverter experience preferred.
• Language: Dutch or French native and English at least B2.

Distribution Service Engineer Would Be

• Management of hotline / ticket system for distributors / installers / end users
• Training for distributors / installers in the related region.
• Onsite troubleshooting with partner success manager in the related region.
• Pre-sale customer visit with account manager in the related region.
• FAQ / online courses making / recording and documenting for the related region.
• Weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual report for the performance of the related region to the department center.
  

Your profile

So, for your personal background, it would be great to have:

• BA or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience as after sale or technical support jobs for PV/ESS/O&M field. Job experience in inverter is preferred.
• Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
• Language requirements: native Dutch or French and English at least B2 level.
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 5%-10% working time may be on business travel between local market and EU department center.
