Job summary

SolaX Power in the Netherlands seeks a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for Dutch customers in C&I projects, delivering advanced support for solar inverters and energy storage systems.

You will perform remote diagnostics, installation support, issue resolution, and technical training, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex issues and review designs for compatibility.

Qualifications

Technical experience with solar inverters, PV systems, and/or battery energy storage systems.
Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms and remote diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of NL electrical codes, solar standards, and grid connection rules.

Responsibilities

Provide professional technical support to customers, installers, and partners via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with solar inverters and battery systems.
Guide users through fault diagnosis and resolution procedures.
Review solar and battery system designs to ensure compatibility with SolaX products.
Assist with remote commissioning and configuration of installed systems.
Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Document and elevate recurring product issues to the appropriate departments.
