Job summary

Stafide is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, configure, and implement ITSM and CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

You will work with Agile teams, ensure coding standards, and participate in upgrades, CMDB, Discovery, and asset management. CSA certification is mandatory; CAD and ITSM/CSM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CSM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with MID Server, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and security guidelines; CSA required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement scalable configurations and customizations across ITSM and CSM.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and Flow Designer automations.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Collaborate with external systems such as CRM/ERP and internal stakeholders in Agile teams.
