Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Developer with 4–6 years of experience to design, configure and develop ITSM/CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build workflows, integrations, and automated processes, ensuring secure, scalable deployments and adherence to ITIL standards.

Join a dynamic team focusing on best practices, architecture improvements and collaboration across stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

4–6 years of ServiceNow development with ITSM and CSM.
Design, configure and develop on ServiceNow platform (ITSM/CSM).
Strong scripting, workflows and integrations experience.
Configure ITSM, CSM modules incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case.
Develop flows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
Build integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub.
Secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
Manage upgrades, cloning, and performance optimization.
Configure CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management.
Adhere to coding standards, ITIL and security guidelines.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Help design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.
