Job summary

DELTACLASS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED in Den Haag, Netherlands, seeks a hands-on ServiceNow engineer to rapidly review the in‑flight implementation, covering configuration, scripting, workflows, Integrations, data loads, automation and deployment activities.

You will collaborate with architects, cloud teams and business process owners to translate designs into reliable configuration, reusable components and deployment packages, while addressing defects, risks and backlog items.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow engineering with configuration, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, scheduled jobs and platform utilities.
• Experience supporting an in-progress ServiceNow implementation with backlog delivery and release readiness.
• Knowledge of instance administration, environment management, deployment, update sets and upgrades.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, MID Server and connectors.
• Understanding of cloud/hybrid infrastructure, networking, identity, monitoring, security and operational support.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, access, workflow, performance and environment issues.
• Experience supporting technical testing, defect triage, remediation and handover to support.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and service management tooling.
• Strong collaboration with architects, developers, testers, cloud engineers, and operations.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly review the in-flight ServiceNow implementation, including platform configuration, environments, integrations, automation, backlog, defects and deployment approach.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, integrations, data loads, automation, connectors and deployment activities.
• Support ServiceNow cloud environment management, including instance administration, upgrade preparation, clone coordination, access controls and handover.
• Build, test and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
• Translate solution designs into reliable technical configuration, reusable components, scripts, flows and deployment packages.
• Investigate and resolve defects, configuration issues, integration failures and environment blockers.
• Support testing activities including unit, system, integration and regression testing and remediation.
• Implement secure engineering practices for ServiceNow including RBAC and logging.
• Collaborate with platform teams and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and keep delivery moving.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and handover materials.

Job description

• Rapidly review the in-flight ServiceNow implementation, including platform configuration, environments, integrations, automation, backlog, defects, deployment approach, technical risks and open engineering tasks.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, integrations, data loads, automation, scheduled jobs, connectors, platform utilities and deployment activities.
• Support ServiceNow cloud environment management, including instance administration, environment readiness, upgrade preparation, clone coordination, access controls, release support and operational handover.
• Build, test and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, data sources and service management tooling.
• Work with architects and delivery teams to translate solution designs into reliable technical configuration, reusable components, scripts, flows, integration patterns and deployment packages.
• Investigate and resolve technical defects, configuration issues, integration failures, data load errors, performance concerns and environment-related blockers.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, defect triage, evidence capture and technical remediation.
• Implement secure engineering practices for ServiceNow, including role-based access, credential handling, integration security, logging, auditability and alignment to security standards.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams, cloud infrastructure teams, integration teams, security, operations, architecture, testing, release management and business process owners to resolve dependencies and keep delivery moving.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, runbooks, configuration records, integration specifications, troubleshooting guides and handover materials.

Expertise Must Have

• Hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience, including configuration, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, scheduled jobs and platform utilities.
• Experience supporting an in-progress ServiceNow implementation, including inherited configuration, active development, backlog delivery, defect remediation and release preparation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow instance administration, environment management, application deployment, update sets, application repository, cloning, upgrades and release controls.
• Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, MID Server, connectors, web services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure concepts, including networking, identity, monitoring, security, access control, data movement and operational support processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, access, workflow, performance and environment issues in a structured and pragmatic way.
• Experience supporting technical testing, defect triage, remediation, deployment readiness, release activities and transition to support.
• Good understanding of ITIL, ITSM processes, service management tooling and operational support models.
• Strong collaboration skills with architects, developers, testers, cloud engineers, integration teams, security teams, operations and business stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, runbooks, configuration notes, deployment records, integration documentation and handover materials.
