GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Developer with 4–6 years of experience to design, configure and develop ITSM/CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build workflows, integrations, and automated processes, ensuring secure, scalable deployments and adherence to ITIL standards.

Formación

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development with ITSM and CSM.
• Design, configure and develop on ServiceNow platform (ITSM/CSM).
• Strong scripting, workflows and integrations experience.
• Configure ITSM, CSM modules incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case.
• Develop flows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub.
• Secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
• Manage upgrades, cloning, and performance optimization.
• Configure CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management.
• Adhere to coding standards, ITIL and security guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on ITSM and CS
  
• The ServiceNow Technical Developer will design, configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
  
• Strong technical expertise, scripting skills and experience implementing complex workflows and integrations.
  
• Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and Case Management.
  
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows and automation scripts.
  
• Create and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules and Script Includes.
  
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and Integration Hub.
  
• Ensure secure and scalable integration with external systems such as CRM and ERP.
  
• Manage instance upgrades, cloning and performance optimization.
  
• Configure CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management.
  
• Adhere to coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.
