Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Developer with 4–6 years of experience to design, configure and develop ITSM/CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build workflows, integrations, and automated processes, ensuring secure, scalable deployments and adherence to ITIL standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development with ITSM and CSM.
• Design, configure and develop on ServiceNow platform (ITSM/CSM).

• Configure ITSM, CSM modules incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case.
• Develop flows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

• Secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
• Manage upgrades, cloning, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on ITSM and CS
  
• The ServiceNow Technical Developer will design, configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
  
• Strong technical expertise, scripting skills and experience implementing complex workflows and integrations.
