Job summary

STAFIDE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, build, and tailor HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our enterprise clients.

You will implement Employee Center Pro, Service Portals, and REST/SOAP integrations, while migrating Knowledge Articles and ensuring data quality. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, delivering scalable, maintainable HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Hands-on with Employee Center Pro.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Portals.
• Experience developing integrations via REST/SOAP for HR systems.
• Knowledge Article migration and data validation.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize HRSD solutions.
• Develop and customize Employee Center Pro and Service Portals.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Migrate Knowledge Articles with data validation.
• Work with UI Builder to enhance user experiences.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
