Job summary

Itproposal is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD Developer with hands-on expertise in HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Service Portal development. You will configure and deliver scalable HR solutions, work with Employee Center Pro, and tailor portals to meet user and business needs.

The role emphasizes widgets, integrations, and UI components. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, ensure best practices, and drive delivery from design

Qualifications

8–10 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
Strong experience with Employee Center Pro.
Extensive experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Portals.
Hands-on experience developing and customizing ServiceNow custom widgets.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience developing and supporting HR integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Knowledge Article migration.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop solutions using ServiceNow HRSD.
Work extensively with Employee Center Pro.
Customize ServiceNow portals to meet business and user requirements.
Develop and maintain HR service-related functionality and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD application issues.
Develop and customize ServiceNow custom widgets.
Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Customize portal components and user experiences.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow development standards.
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems.
