- Experience with Employee Center Pro and portals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Develop and customize Employee Center Pro and Service Portals.
- Integrate HR systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Migrate and validate Knowledge Articles; data quality checks.
- Configure ServiceNow apps per business and technical requirements.
- Use UI Builder to enhance user experiences.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from requirements to delivery.
