Job summary

Itproposal seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM and CSM. You will design workflows, build integrations, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across enterprise environments.

The role requires strong development and scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly, AngularJS) and hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and develop solutions across ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation scripts.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs; work with MID Server and Integration Hub.
