Job summary

STAFIDE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, build, and tailor HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our enterprise clients.

You will implement Employee Center Pro, Service Portals, and REST/SOAP integrations, while migrating Knowledge Articles and ensuring data quality. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, delivering scalable, maintainable HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Hands-on with Employee Center Pro.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Portals.
• Experience developing integrations via REST/SOAP for HR systems.
• Knowledge Article migration and data validation.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration and development best practices.

As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Develop and customize Employee Center Pro and ServiceNow Service Portals.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work on Knowledge Article migration, including data migration, validation, and quality checks.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Work with UI Builder to create and enhance modern ServiceNow user experiences.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions from requirement gathering through implementation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro.
• Strong experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Portals.
• Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations for HR systems.
• Experience with Knowledge Article migration and data validation.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow configuration and development best practices.

You should possess the ability to:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
