Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Cloud Engineer to join an in-flight programme. The role focuses on hands-on engineering, environment readiness, and secure operations. You will work with architects, cloud engineers and security to stabilize and operationalise the ServiceNow solution.

The candidate will review configurations, manage environments, perform data loads and support deployment activities. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrHub is expected for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience across configuration, scripting and workflows.
• Experience supporting an in-flight ServiceNow implementation with backlog delivery and release prep.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, environment management, update sets, cloning and upgrades.
• Experience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly review the in-flight ServiceNow implementation, configurations, environments, integrations and defects.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows and data loads.
• Support ServiceNow cloud environment management, including instance administration and upgrade preparation.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
• Translate designs into reliable technical configuration and deployment packages.
