Qualifications

• 14+ years in technology risk, GRC, compliance, or related consulting domains.
• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation experience.
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams and complex delivery programs.
• Strong ability to engage CIO, CISO, CRO, Risk, Compliance, Audit stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience, and SecOps.
• Define target operating models, roadmaps, governance, and scalable integration patterns.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into designs, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor architects, consultants, developers, and business analysts; support RFP/RFI responses.
