Job summary

A leading tech solutions provider is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to manage their ServiceNow environment in Amsterdam. In this role, you will ensure platform stability and performance, collaborate in an Agile/DevOps setup, and provide support for incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and holds relevant certifications. You will also be involved in configuration management and optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong knowledge of the CMDB structure and CSDM framework.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ServiceNow platform ensuring its availability and performance.
• Perform platform health checks and proactive monitoring.
• Coordinate release and upgrade management for the platform.
