Job summary

Valmet in the Netherlands is seeking a Service Sales Coordinator to support our Automation Solutions Service Team. You will coordinate service activities, manage paperwork, and support sales opportunities in Salesforce, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

The role requires Dutch and English fluency, 2–3 years of admin/coordination experience, and proficiency in MS Office. It is a full-time office-based position with some travel and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an administrative, service support or coordination role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan service activities with customers, service engineers, sales and operations.
• Provide administrative support and ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist local service sales with quotations and Salesforce opportunity tracking.
• Prepare and follow up quotations for DS and Service agreements.
• Collaborate with Global SOMI on order management.
• Maintain customer profiles in CRM (Compass/Beacon).
• Assist with money collection for unreceivables when needed.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute business documents and KPI reports.
• Support Service Project Manager with planning, meetings and financial admin.
• Coordinate ordering and logistics of spare parts with area team and suppliers.
• Organize meetings, workshops, events, and travel arrangements.
• Support local marketing activities and exhibitions as needed.
• Serve as a key admin contact within local service org and drive improvements.
• Be the primary contact for local customers and suppliers.
