About the role

Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator who enjoys working with international customers, managing complex orders and improving sales operations? Do you speak English and German and have hands‑on experience with SAP?

For an international technology organisation operating across multiple global markets, we are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Coordinator to strengthen its team in Helmond.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, supporting key accounts and ensuring accurate and efficient sales operations. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly, deliveries are on time and customers receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer and pricing master data in internal systems, including SAP/SPS.
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates and outbound shipment schedules, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status and expected delivery dates.
• Act as a key contact for international customers, coordinating order handling, shipments, invoicing and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing proactive communication and effective support.
• Monitor order trends, customer demand and forecast accuracy to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and issue invoices and pro forma invoices, follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and overdue payments, and process logistics-related invoices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and international colleagues to resolve order discrepancies and ensure efficient workflows.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve administrative or operational issues.
• Support the Sales team with customer documentation, CRM updates, sales reports, sample coordination and general sales administration.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least two years of hands‑on SAP experience in sales operations, supply chain, customer service or a related role.
• Experience working with SAP transactions relevant to order processing, customer data or supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive, customer‑focused approach and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of an international team.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, R or SQL is an advantage.
