Qualifications

• 2–3 years in administrative/service support/coordination
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan service activities with customers, engineers, sales and operations.
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks per procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Support local service sales: prepare quotations and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Assist with quotations for DS and Service agreements; support order management with Global SOMI.
• Maintain CRM data (Compass/Beacon) and assist in financial admin and reporting.
• Coordinate parts logistics, travel, meetings, and events; assist marketing activities.
