Job summary

BDR Thermea Group in the Netherlands leads the Benelux service excellence strategy, driving planning, support and performance improvements across the service organisation. You will build and lead teams, implement standardised processes and translate strategic goals into practical actions with measurable impact.

You will partner with operations, supply chain, logistics and digitalisation to enhance customer experience, optimise capacity and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in service, operations or supply chain.
• Strong focus on process improvement and standardisation.
• Experience in matrix organisations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Planning and Support teams across Benelux.
• Drive cross‑functional process improvements in the service chain.
• Improve spare parts availability and First Time Fix performance.
• Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain and Logistics to meet KPIs.
