Job summary

Corecom Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Designer to map and shape the end-to-end Transport & Logistics service landscape as part of a major transformation. You will work with a Senior Product UX Designer to connect multiple tools, processes, and teams into a coherent journey, grounded in user research and service blueprinting.

The role focuses on interviews, workshops, journey mappings, and producing actionable insights to guide platform and product decisions.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Service Design methodology, particularly journey mapping and service blueprinting.
Proven qualitative user research experience, including interviews, observation and synthesis.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand complex, interconnected products and services.
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working autonomously and driving the Service Design approach.
Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Miro and Figma.
Experience working in complex enterprise or B2B environments.
Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or similarly complex operational environments.
Experience working across multiple product teams or interconnected digital services.

Responsibilities

Map the current end-to-end transport journey across tools, systems and manual processes.
Conduct qualitative user research with transport specialists, planners, service providers and internal stakeholders.
Identify gaps between current experiences and the requirements of the new transport data model.
Create a future-state service blueprint, grounded in user needs and independent of specific technology platforms.
Produce research findings, gap analysis and recommendations to inform platform and product decisions.
Help create alignment across multiple product teams and transport capabilities.
Plan and conduct interviews, observations and research sessions.
Facilitate co-creation workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Build and iterate journey maps and service blueprints.
Synthesize research into clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with Product, UX and technology teams.
Present research, recommendations and design outputs to stakeholders and leadership.
Connect teams across different product areas to ensure a consistent end-to-end experience.
