Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to support transport solutions across our international client base. You will analyse customer requirements, evaluate transport scenarios and align stakeholders throughout the design process.

You will help create clarity and practical, scalable transport solutions for RFQs, RFPs and proposals. You will collaborate with Business Owners, Sales, Transport Pricing, Onboarding, Carrier Management and Operations to ensure solutions are priced, proposed

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with data and shipment data.
• Good understanding of transport solutions and carrier setups.
• Commercial awareness to translate customer needs into practical input.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer data, order and shipment profiles.
• Translate customer needs into transport solution scenarios.
• Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders and proposals.
• Design solutions for outbound, returns, parcels and linehaul.
• Coordinate with Business Owners, Sales and Transport Pricing.
• Document key assumptions and decisions clearly.
