Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to design and develop transport solutions for international clients. You will analyze customer requirements, evaluate scenarios and translate needs into practical inputs for RFQs, RFPs and proposals.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, Sales, Transport Pricing, Onboarding, Carrier Management and Operations. You will help create clarity, align stakeholders, and ensure solutions are scalable and priced correctly.

Qualifications

Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
Strong analytical skills with data.
Understanding of transport solutions and carrier setups.
Commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer data, order profiles and transport requirements.
Translate customer needs into practical transport solution scenarios.
Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders and proposals with transport input.
Design or support solutions for outbound, returns, parcels, pallets and linehaul where relevant.
Act as the link between Business Owners, Sales and Transport Pricing.
Align requirements with Transport Pricing, Onboarding, Carrier Management and operations.
Identify gaps, risks and dependencies in requests and designs.
Document key assumptions, decisions and open points clearly.
Support existing client optimizations by reviewing transport setups and identifying improvements.
Prepare input for customer-facing proposals and internal reviews.
