Corecom Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Designer to map and shape the end-to-end Transport & Logistics service landscape as part of a major transformation. You will work with a Senior Product UX Designer to connect multiple tools, processes, and teams into a coherent journey, grounded in user research and service blueprinting.
The role focuses on interviews, workshops, journey mappings, and producing actionable insights to guide platform and product decisions.
A major global organisation is undergoing a significant transformation of its Transport & Logistics technology landscape, moving from an external transport platform to a new in-house solution, with a backend Go Live targeted for November 2026.
The transformation will impact multiple areas including Work Order Management, Route Planning, Capacity Management, Line Haul and Fleet Operations.

You'll have the opportunity to establish the end-to-end service vision from the ground up and directly influence how the future transport experience is designed.
