Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to design transport solutions for international clients. You will translate customer requirements into practical inputs for RFQs, tenders and proposals, collaborating with business owners, sales, pricing and operations.

You will analyze data, align stakeholders, and ensure solutions are clear, realistic and price-ready across countries and carriers. The role offers a dynamic, cross-functional environment and opportunities to grow expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and data handling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer data, order profiles, shipment requirements.
• Interpret customer needs and translate them into practical transport solution scenarios.
• Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders and proposals with transport solution input.
• Design solutions for outbound, returns, parcels, pallets and linehaul where relevant.
• Act as the link between Business Owners, Sales and Transport Pricing.
• Align requirements with cross-functional teams (Onboarding, Carrier Management, Customs, Sales, Engineering).
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies in requests and designs, document decisions clearly.
• Support client optimisations by reviewing current transport setups and improvements.
• Prepare transport solution input for proposals, reviews and handovers.
• Contribute to data quality, reporting discipline and AI-readiness in Transport.
• Help improve processes, templates and ways of working.
