Triodos Bank is seeking a Workforce Management Expert to lead capacity planning and forecasting for Customer Services. You’ll combine WFM expertise with data-driven insight, advising leaders and shaping governance, reporting, and planning maturity across the organisation.

You will translate demand into capacity scenarios, engage with Head of Customer Services and local leads, and collaborate with WFM colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous improvement in the field.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in Workforce Management, including forecasting and capacity planning in a customer-service or comparable operational environment.
• Experience developing and embedding WFM processes, governance, or reporting to increase organisational WFM maturity.
• The ability to turn complex operational data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations for operational and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the capacity-planning and workforce-forecasting cycle for Customer Services, enabling teams to manage demand, workload and staffing.
• Translate demand forecasts into short-, medium-, and long-term capacity scenarios with clear assumptions and transparent risks.
• Advise senior leaders on capacity risks, planning choices and opportunities to improve service and resilience.
• Analyze operational data and share actionable insights to support decision-making across Customer Services.
• Improve WFM methods, governance, reporting, and processes to raise organisational WFM maturity.
• Collaborate with WFM & Insights colleagues across the group to exchange expertise and align approaches.
