Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Workforce Optimisation Manager to drive workforce planning, capacity, and productivity across our operations.

You will deploy the right people at the right times and lead a team of Workforce Planners and Business Analysts. Collaborate with Operations, HR and Finance to translate strategy into practical improvements, use data, forecasts and Power BI to identify bottlenecks, monitor budgets, and push digitalisation of planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Optimise workforce planning, capacity and productivity across operational departments.
• Lead a team of Workforce Planners and Business Analysts and collaborate with Operations, HR and Finance.
• Translate workforce strategy into practical improvements within WFS.
• Use data analysis, forecasts and reports to identify bottlenecks and advise management on deployment, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Monitor labour budgets and contribute to an efficient, future-proof operation.
• Improve and digitalise planning processes; lead improvement projects and implement new ways of working.
