Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, capacity management or operational management.
• Experience in leading and developing employees.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Financial insight and knowledge of labour costs, budgeting and productivity.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Optimize workforce planning, capacity and productivity across operational departments.
• Lead a team of Workforce Planners and Business Analysts and collaborate with Operations, HR and Finance.
• Translate workforce strategy into practical improvements within WFS.
• Use data analysis, forecasts and reports to identify bottlenecks and advise on deployment and cost efficiency.
• Monitor labour budgets and contribute to an efficient, future-proof operation.
• Drive improvements and digitalise planning processes and implement new ways of working.
