Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to drive agility across EUK, establishing proactive 12-week forecasts, optimizing productivity, and guiding a team of Resource Planners.

You will own demand vs capacity, provide early warnings to Service leaders, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and ensure data quality across planning systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing or forecasting within professional services.
• Ability to translate forecasts into actionable insights for leaders.
• Strong data interpretation and decision support skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast, identify supply and demand variances.
• Develop data-driven resource forecasts to enable proactive decisions.
• Provide recruitment input to Service Directors and Talent Acquisition partners.
• Maximize talent agility across accounts and sectors; optimize named resource use.
• Monitor weekly billable vs planned time and drive productivity improvements.
• Lead and develop the Resource Planning team and ensure data quality.
