Job summary

Axces Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Manager to own the noise-reduction portfolio commercially. You’ll build long-term relationships with industrial, marine and EPC clients, and translate each enquiry into a quoted, won and delivered project.

You will work closely with our engineering team to scope the right solution, present quotations, and drive complex deals to closure, while traveling to customers as needed and maintaining a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling engineered capital equipment or equivalent experience.
• Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineers and decision-makers.
• Consultative, relationship-driven selling style with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Willingness to travel to customers; English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the noise-reduction sales portfolio: new business and existing accounts.
• Translate customer problems into technical solutions with engineering.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close projects.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants and EPC contractors.
• Represent Axces Group at industry events and maintain a healthy, well-managed pipeline.
• Feed market and customer insight back into product and engineering decisions.
