Job summary

Aerox is seeking a project coordination professional in the Netherlands to manage projects from sales through delivery. You will liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely procurement and coordinate assembly and testing with the workshop team.

Applicants should have a mechanical engineering background (HBO or equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in Dutch and English, and a willingness to travel roughly 10% of the year.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background with project coordination experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel ~10% of the year.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects from sales to delivery to the customer.
• Maintain close contact with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time procurement of products.
• Work with assembly staff to assemble orders and perform factory acceptance tests.
• Hand over the system to the customer after successful testing and oversee on-site commissioning.
• Complete administrative aspects of the project after delivery.
• Work on improvement projects between major projects.
• Switch between workshop tasks, customer interactions and supplier meetings daily.
