Job summary

Angst+Pfister AG in the Netherlands seeks a Head of Sales Sealing Technology to lead our Netherlands business, driving growth by securing key projects, expanding market share, and building long-term partnerships with major industrial customers.

You will lead and develop the sales team, collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations to maximise value, and win complex projects through senior-level customer engagements and value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or Master's in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within industrial markets.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and complex project wins in a dynamic environment.
• Solid knowledge of the Dutch market and sealing industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.
