GreCon Limited in the Netherlands is seeking a technically skilled sales professional to own the Dutch sales territory from order intake to profit accountability.

You will acquire new customers, expand existing relationships, and build a network of end customers and resellers. The role includes technical consulting on fire prevention and measurement technology and territory development; occasional travel to the HQ in Northern Germany is required.

Formación

• Technical engineering degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally with complex or capital goods.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch market and language proficiency (Dutch C2; English strong; German a plus).
• Independent, structured, results‑oriented working style with willingness to travel within the Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales responsibility for the Netherlands, including order intake and profit accountability.
• Acquire new customers and develop existing relationships.
• Build and maintain a strong network of end customers and resellers.
• Provide technical consulting on fire prevention and measurement technology from needs analysis to contract.
• Develop and implement territory and market development strategy.
• Negotiate prices and contracts per internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Service, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Document sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Occasional travel to HQ in Northern Germany and national travel.
