Job summary

WeAreKeen B.V. is seeking a Senior Tech Talent Partner to work in-house with our fast-growing partner TA teams. You will help hire top technical talent, embedding with partners to scale their business while immersing yourself in their culture and processes.

You will execute strategic recruiting plans, collaborate with hiring managers, manage each recruitment stage, and drive process improvements. This role combines hands-on sourcing with partner-wide impact and ongoing KeenAcademy training.

Qualifications

• 5 years of tech recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of ML/AI, Data Science and Product roles.
• Proficient in sourcing and evaluating profiles across platforms using boolean and x-ray search techniques.
• Excellent communicator and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recruiting plans to attract top tech talent for partners.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Manage all stages of the recruiting process for a smooth candidate experience.
• Post jobs, source and screen candidates, interview, negotiate offers and assist in offers.
• Work with HR to optimize hiring processes and report recruiting metrics.
