Job summary

Backbase in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced TA partner for our Services team to shape talent strategy and delivery. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and mentor two recruiters while aligning with business priorities.

Based in Amsterdam, you’ll use data-driven insights and AI tools to improve briefs, sourcing, and candidate experience, while maintaining a high standard of quality in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Solid full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS/fintech.
• Genuine stakeholder partnership where managers seek input, not just candidates.
• Comfortable advocating for candidate experience and quality.
• Experience using or implementing AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Data-literate with pipeline metrics and market benchmarks.
• Experience mentoring or guiding experienced colleagues, with readiness to lead.
• Structured and organized under pressure across multiple markets.
• Based in Amsterdam; in-person presence matters for Services team.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated TA partner for the Services department, running weekly stakeholder check-ins and aligning on hiring plans.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer, with structured briefs and clear demand visibility.
• Source proactively and build passive pipelines for high-priority roles; refine EVP messaging in outreach.
• Use market data to advise hiring managers on realistic expectations and compensation benchmarks.
• Run structured screening aligned to role briefs and competency models to protect quality.
• Lead and develop two recruiters; share learnings in team rituals and initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve briefs, outreach, and research, while keeping ATS data clean.
