Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI operations, automation, or systems integration.
• Experience configuring workflow automation platforms and AI assistants.
• Strong CRM and API integration knowledge.
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SaaS or telecom environments is a plus.

Responsibilities
